Auto Body SWMS Templates
Safe Work Method Statements are required for high-risk work activities in auto body workshops under the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2025. Auto body operations involve isocyanate-containing paints, welding on coated metals, grinding operations that generate respirable dust, and vehicle lifting procedures where crush risk is ever-present. All EHS Atlas templates include psychosocial hazard controls mandated from 1 April 2023 and Section 26A binding code of practice mapping effective 1 July 2026. Each template is built around the incoming WEL values taking effect 1 December 2026 so your workshop is compliant before the transition date.
